Having always been philanthropically inclined, I joined Sandpipers in 2004 because I felt it was the perfect way to have an immediate impact on our community.  I was confident that with Sandpipers I could “hit the ground running” – something that’s important to me given that I work full-time (and then some!).  Additionally, I appreciate the many opportunities Sandpipers provides to contribute to the organization based on my personal interests and skill set.  This year is particularly exciting as I implement our new database initiative which will, over time, capture all our supporter data.  Given that we have 80 years of data – wish me luck!  (Just kidding. Sort of!)
